Yeah, Grey is definitely kicking ass down there. I just wish I was closer.

Stopped in at Hanna's last night, new additions on tap are Modus and Hoppyum.  Man, they have a great beer selection!

Just a quick shout out and congrats to our El Presidente as he took 2nd place with a score of 44 in the U.S. Open for his Biere de Garde. The best I could muster was an HM with a score of 38 for my Kolsch. I will hand off your ribbon and score sheets at the next meeting.

You the man, Dustin. Would love to see more club competition, been pushing for years, with no success. I truly believe this is what lead to to the end of the
May Mead Madness, as did with the DEA Challenge. The ATF has some of the best brewers around, but it will take club recognition before we can ever host another competition. Would love to one day see the ATF/DEA hold a combined brew competition as a starter. With youngbloods like you and Pete the ATF has future. Let's Brew and Comp On!

I got the package. I will try and bring back your score sheets and hopefully any awards as well next month. I agree, it would be nice to see more members representing the club in competition. I plan on stewarding for the remaining CBOY events for this year so plan accordingly.

Thanks Dustin for the brew courier service, this is very helpful. I would hope more club members took advantage of your service. I 'm entering 3 brews, Robust Porter, Beligian Tripel and Biere de Garde. None of this beers have been entered in competition before, will be interesting to see the outcome.
Will be brewing a Saison this weekend for National Homebrew Day, have fun at the race. Give Mary a thank you for me, Pam enjoyed meeting her today! It's nice when the ladies help out with our brewing adventures, Cheers!

Sorry for not responding sooner, I was down in SC this week and just got back. Yes. Drop them off at CBW in New Bern and ask for Mary (my wife). The address is 1819-A Race Track Road and the phone number is 514-6859. Your entries need to be there no later than 1500 on Fri.

That would be great, we can save on the UPS shipping! No one can pass this up. Would it be OK if I have Pam drop my entries at Camp Bow Wow of New Bern one day this week? If so please post info here and on the yahoo site. And lucky you going to the Richmond race, after todays wild finish, RIR should be a blast! Brewin' & Racin', gotta to love it!
