Return Policy

The opening sentence:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The 2nd Sentence:
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, Contact Us  right away, describe the issue and we will respond accordingly.

You need to Contact Us before returning any products.

Orders Lost in Transit section

All of our shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit.
Step 1: Make sure that the order is actually lost in transit.
Find the tracking link in our order notification email that we sent you and look at the tracking log.

Step 3: Submit a problem report.
If your shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, Contact Us  and our customer support will find a resolution for you.
