Return Policy
Overview
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else in the order, Contact Us right away, describe the issue and we will respond accordingly.
The return address will be provided once we confirm your return. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the address we provide isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order.
If you haven't registered an account on BeerArmy.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Buyer's Remorse
We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Size Exchanges
We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product on our end. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Please verify sizing info on the product's webpage before placing your order. Thank you for understanding.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift Cards, Undergarments, Downloadable software products, Health/Hygiene and personal care items, any item returned without a receipt or proof of purchase, any item not in it original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items on Sale (Not Full Price)
All Sale items are final and can NOT be refunded or returned for any reason.
Orders Lost in Transit
All of our shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit.
Step 1: Make sure that the order is actually lost in transit.
Find the tracking link in our order notification email that we sent you and look at the tracking log.
If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit (jump to Step 2).
If you do see entries in the tracking log and it does show that your order is still making its way to you, then unfortunately you'll have to wait a little longer. Since your package is still being tracked, it will provide a new estimated date of arrival. According to tracking, it might just be stuck at some point during the delivery. Please give a couple more days for the package to show up. If the package still hasn’t arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Step 2: Confirm the shipping address if it’s past the estimated delivery time.
Check your order and ensure that you entered the correct shipping address. Let us know if it was correct and/or send us the updated address. If the address was correct and your package still hasn’t arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office or shipping agent used to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.
If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to us, we’ll contact you for an updated address when we receive the returned package and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs, so let us know how you’d like to proceed.
If we don’t receive the package, then we'll have to submit a new order to replace the original and file a claim with he shipping agent.
Step 3: Submit a problem report.
If your shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, Contact Us and our customer support will find a resolution for you. Depending on the circumstances of each scenario like this, we usually cover the costs of reprinting and shipping the replacement order.
Limited Warranty on Products
Please read this section very carefully - it covers our obligations and responsibilities for our products. If you have an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a replacement product or refund, so reach out to us as soon as possible.
Limited Warranty
We warrant that, at the time of delivery of a Product to a Customer, the Product will not be materially defective or damaged (the “Limited Warranty”).
Who May Use This Warranty?
We extend the Limited Warranty only to the Customer. All Limited Warranty coverage terminates if the Customer sells or otherwise transfers a Product.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to or defect in a Product caused by any of the following:
(a) you or third parties;
(b) any improper handling (including during shipping), use or storage of the Product;
(c) any failure to follow any Product instructions;
(d) any modifications to the Product;
(e) any unauthorized repair to the Product;
(f) any external causes such as accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God” or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control;
(g) any costs or expenses related to the loss of use of the Product or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover buyer’s remorse.
Finally, as noted elsewhere in this Agreement, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a Product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate. Accordingly, this Limited Warranty does not cover such matters.
What Is The Period Of Coverage?
This limited warranty starts on the date of the delivery of the Product to the Customer and lasts for thirty (30) days (the “Warranty Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, We acknowledges that according to some jurisdictions the Customer may be entitled to a longer Warranty Period.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?
With respect to any materially defective or damaged Product, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) replace such Product (or the defective or damaged part of the Product) free of charge, or (b) refund the purchase price paid to us by the Customer along with the shipping fees corresponding to the defective or damaged Products.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
Promptly following delivery of a Product, you will inspect the Product. If a Product is materially defective (including any error in printing or assembly of the Product) or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong Product, then in order to be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty, you must submit a claim within the Warranty Period in compliance with our Return Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES (AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY) FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY FOR A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT RECEIVED BY US FOR THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OUR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF (I) WHETHER ANY OF THE FOREGOING DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (II) WHETHER OR NOT YOU WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF INCURRING ANY OF THE FOREGOING DAMAGES, (III) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND (IV) ANY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES OF YOU AND/OR YOUR CUSTOMER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
