Order Fulfillment Times

On average it takes 3 - 5 business days to create our products and fulfill an order. Everything that is sold on our website is created and shipped on demand. Production timelines are driven by product availability and can increase order fulfillment times by 2 - 3 weeks during high demand periods like the months of Nov and Dec.

Expedited Shipping

Shipping times are based upon order fulfillment and are in addition to production timelines as mentioned above. You will NOT receive your order the next day or in 2 days if you select Next Day or 2-Day shipping. Your order will be produced within our production timeline and then shipped using your chosen shipping method you selected when you placed your order.

We cannot guarantee any order's arrival by a certain date due to circumstances beyond our control like interruptions in our supply chain or delays caused by shipping.

Geographical Area of Service

We currently ship only to the United States. We have plans to expand to other countries in the near future.
